SGM HPSF真空热压烧结炉采用不锈钢炉体双层水冷套结构，处理材料全部采用金属电阻加热，通过辐射从加热器直接传向被加热工件。加压压头可根据工艺要求采用TZM（钛锆钼）合金或CFC高强度碳碳复合纤维制成，在高温下对工件施加压力，压力可达100吨
